Tasks

The Senior Customer Engineer is responsible for:

  • Interface to Key Account Manager, Customer Service as well as Modification & Workshop Engineering teams in Hamburg, Shenzhen &Tulsa with frequent interaction within this matrix organization

  • Representing Customer Engineering team for the inquiries from customers within APAC

  • Maintaining & expanding good working relationship with technical departments at airline customers

  • Act like an extended arm of existing APAC customer engineering team

  • Preparing & presenting technical presentations

  • Obtaining customer feedback regularly & identify systematic process weaknesses
