As Senior CSA Engineer, you’ll oversee civil, structural, and architectural design and delivery across a major Nordic data centre campus — ensuring quality, safety, and compliance on a project of true global scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage CSA packages from site prep through fit-out
  • Interface with design consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Drive coordination across disciplines and ensure programme alignment
  • Support innovation in sustainable materials and build practices

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong CSA experience on large-scale industrial or DC builds
  • Technical knowledge of structural, civil, and architectural systems
  • Collaborative approach within multidisciplinary teams
  • Highly advantageous if you speak Finnish
