Roche in Switzerland is seeking a Team Lead Customer Relationship Management (Senior Product Leader) who will own the end-to-end CRM product lifecycle for Diagnostics, Diabetes Care, and Near Patient Care. You will translate scientific and business needs into scalable technology, shaping strategy and roadmap.

You will lead engineering and service teams, collaborate with internal users, ensure compliance with GxP and data privacy, and influence across regions to drive sustainable growth.
