About the Role — Senior CRM Operator (RevOps Strategist)
We are seeking a strategic, client‑facing CRM expert to lead CRM architecture, consulting, and technical escalations across our client base. This role ensures that clients use their CRM to drive revenue, not just have one set up.
You will:
Coach and consult clients on sales + marketing processes
Build systems inside GoHighLevel
Act as the highest technical escalation point for the CRM team
Translate business goals into powerful, simple, scalable CRM workflows
This role is ideal for someone with deep RevOps, pipeline design, automation logic, and client‑facing consulting experience.
