JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Prepare comprehensive analysis, design and implement complex underwriting workflows with major business impact

  • Conduct advanced data analysis methods and visualization techniques to optimize existing UW process in terms of approval rates, risk, products and time to yes regarding risk and business needs

  • Monitor closely portfolio health of assigned product and take immediate action if needed

  • Maintain and improve data infrastructure

  • Cooperate with other departments on projects of related business stream

  • Share knowledge with junior positions in team

    • KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience in data analysis and proficiency in SQL

  • Good business sense, logical and analytical thinking

  • Good English

  • Experience in Underwriting or Risk management, especially in consumer finance with Cash loan products is a big plus
