Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy for enterprise B2B campaigns, specifically for Amazon Web Services
• Lead and mentor the Creative Strategy team, providing coaching and feedback
• Develop and refine creative briefs for design, motion, video, and copy teams
• Partner cross-functionally with content strategists and production teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Drive creative testing and performance optimization using campaign insights
