Senior Counsel / Vp C13 (Mexico City)

**Team/Role Overview**
- The role will report into the head of the LATAM HR Legal team and will form part of Citi’s legal team in Mexico.
- The role will provide contentious and non-contentious employment advice within Mexico to a wide stakeholder base including the business, compliance, legal, HR, ER and management.
- The role will also day to day supervise and mentor a less experienced employment lawyer also based in Mexico.
**Responsibilities**
The role will involve a number of different responsibilities,
- There will be day-to-day responsibility for managing your own caseload of complex and significant matters.
- Managing employment litigation, liaising with senior internal clients and external lawyers through the litigation process.
- Providing general employment advisory support to HR, ER, compliance, legal, management and the business;
