While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. The role requires at least 3‑4 hours overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST) business hours.

Role Summary

Oyster is looking for a Senior Employment Counsel to contribute to Oyster's growth and shape the future of global distributed work. As part of the Employment Law Team, you’ll advise internal and external stakeholders on employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions, manage employment templates, policies and processes, liaise with outside counsel, create guidance, and advise product teams on building a compliant platform.

Because Oyster operates as an Employer of Record (EOR), an understanding of the model and unique legal considerations is essential.
