Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a major, multi‑phase hyperscale data center construction program at a large, active campus site in Abilene, TX.

This role offers the opportunity to be directly involved in a high‑profile, large‑scale project from the ground up, with long‑term phased delivery over several years.

You will serve as a key day‑to‑day client interface, ensuring disciplined cost controls, clear communication, and strong stakeholder coordination across the project team and on‑site delivery partners.
