Senior Corporate Officer

Were looking for a clientfocused and detaildriven Senior Corporate Officer to join our team.

In this role, youll work closely with the Department Manager, support key client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of corporate, governance, and compliance processes. Youll act as a trusted point of contact for clients, handle board and corporate documentation, coordinate regulatory filings, and support a variety of operational and transactional activities.

This position is a great fit for someone with solid corporate or fiduciary experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset who enjoys working in an international, collaborative environment.
