Senior Corporate Counsel - Power & Utilities

Senior Corporate Counsel supports the company’s legal operations in a variety of matters, with a focus that includes general corporate matters, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters, insurance, vendor contract negotiations, internal corporate policies and procedures, along with drafting and negotiating other transactional matters including managing books and record keeping.

Responsibilities, other duties as assigned:

+ Overseeing general corporate legal matters
+ Negotiating and drafting customer and vendor contracts as well as various other transactional matters
+ Assisting with legal and regulatory compliance
+ Assisting with corporate governance matters as well as managing books and records
+ Assisting with compliance with various domestic and international privacy laws
