This position is responsible for fulfilling APLL's commitment to customers by managing daily operational requirements. The position guides a team of logistics coordinators to achieve operations excellence through defined and agreed processesIt supports the warehouse supervisor in monitoring warehouse performance to achieve operational excellence through established processes and assists in ensuring that service providers meet or exceed operational metrics.The position helps to coach, train; develop logistics coordinators to be qualified to handle customers’ logistics requirements.
