Senior Coordinator, Legacy Donor Experience

Reports to: Director, Legacy Donor Experience.

Location: Toronto, Canada.

The Opportunity

As Senior Coordinator, Legacy Donor Experience, you will serve as the central hub for the legacy program, coordinating and administering key activities that touch donors across the program. You will coordinate event logistics, deploy donor communications, manage legacy journeys, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate CRM tracking for legacy back-end mapping and future automations.

Key Accountabilities

Donor Experience Operations and CRM (35%)

  • Coordinate legacy nurture and cultivation journey components in collaboration with Legacy Team, and action all responses
