  • Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University

About The Position

This position offers line management and mentorship for the Equitable Learning Services (ELS) team, consisting of about 9 Advisors and 2 casual staff, dedicated to supporting RMIT students with disabilities in creating tailored Equitable Learning Plans.

The coordinator ensures a high standard of advice for both students and educators, oversees a quality evaluation framework, and manages the allocation of complex cases.
