CANDIDATES SHOULD BE ABLE TO PREPARE SAUDI ARABIAN DISHES & CONTINENTAL DISHES. 

Senior Cook Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and cook saudi arabian & continental dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  3. Check food quality, store ingredients properly, and reduce food waste.
  4. Monitor kitchen inventory and report the ingredient shortages.
