The Role 

• Prepare and serve meals in line with approved menus and residents’ dietary requirements.
• Work closely with and take instructions from the Head Chef.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with food handling, infection control, and workplace health and safety policies.
• Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas.
• Setup or shutdown of kitchen as required.
