Senior Conveyancer

Philippine-based Filipino Applicants.

Requirements

• Proven 2 to 5 years of Australian conveyancing experience is absolutely required.
• Queensland/NSW conveyancing experience is highly desirable, but we would consider Australian conveyancing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and processes.
• Ability to keep calm and carry on during times of stress.
• Experience in the following tools and systems: PEXA and LEAP CRM.

Responsibilities

You would be responsible for managing a wide range of property law and conveyancing work for all sorts of customers. You’d be doing all the usual things, including:
