Senior controller, transformation lead

Our client is seeking a Senior Controller & Transformation Lead to act as the architect of our financial ecosystem and the operational backbone of our Finance function. Reporting directly to the SVP Finance, your mandate is twofold: Protect and elevate financial integrity across global entities , and Lead the transformation of Finance from manual execution to scalable, automated excellence . This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will manage the Controller and Accountant (AP/AR), while actively solving complex technical issues, strengthening internal controls, and designing systems that scale with the company.
