Primary Responsibilities
The Senior Controller will be responsible for leading and overseeing the financial operations and accounting practices across our network of automotive dealerships. This role involves managing multiple dealership controllers and their teams, ensuring that all financial procedures and practices adhere to company standards, and providing strategic financial insights to the operations teams.
Primary Duties
Team Leadership and Management Lead a team of controllers and accounting staff across multiple locations. This includes hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members to ensure high performance and development.
Financial Oversight Ensure that all dealership financial operations comply with accounting practices and standards. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage all accounting records, and ensure accurate OEM and executive reporting.
