The National Environment Agency (Singapore) is seeking an Executive/Senior Engineer to join the Contracts & Procurement Branch onsite at NEA HQ. You will support development of major wastewater and infrastructure contracts, overseeing tender processes, evaluation, and awards in line with PSSCOC and government guidelines.

You will manage contract lifecycle, cost controls, EOT/variation assessments, and coordination with internal teams and external counsel, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery
