Contractual Oversight: Direct the commercial management of M&E projects, ensuring all legal and financial risks are identified and mitigated.
Negotiation: Lead the review and finalisation of contract terms to secure optimal commercial outcomes for the business.
Compliance: Maintain rigorous adherence to all contractual duties, internal standards, and client specifications.
Issue Resolution: Manage the end-to-back process for claims, variations, and disputes while providing transparent commercial reporting.Strategic Project Delivery
