SENIOR CONTRACTS EXECUTIVE (STEEL STRUCTURE SPECALIST)

Dynamic Building System Sdn Bhd is seeking a high-caliber Senior Contracts Executive / QS Lead (Steel Structure Specialist) to head our quantity surveying and contract management division based in Puchong, Selangor.

Moving beyond basic contract administration, this is a strategic leadership role designed for an experienced professional who can take full accountability for the commercial success of our steel structure projects. You will lead the QS team, drive high-stakes negotiations, manage sub‑contractor procurement, and safeguard our profit margins throughout the project lifecycle. You will act as the commercial backbone of the business, advising senior management on cost control, risk mitigation, and contractual strategies.
