SENIOR CONTRACT EXECUTIVE / SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsibilities

• Handle QS job scope from pre to post contract activities.
• Propose preliminary requirements, prepare breakdown costs, project tenders, cost and budget planning, progress claims and final account.
• Attend meetings such as tender interviews, site valuations, and negotiations with clients or main contractors on all project‑related matters.
• Negotiate pricing and award sub‑contracts.
• Co‑ordinate with site personnel to monitor work completion status.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in a related field; experience in the stainless steel or metal industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of contract agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
