SENIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

• Location: Yasmeen City, Lusail, Qatar
• Duration: 27th June – 28th July 2026 (leave replacement)
• Working Hours: 9 hrs/day (incl. 1 hr lunch) · Saturday – Thursday
• Start Date: 27th June 2026

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 15 years of experience as a QS / Cost Administrator / Contracts Engineer
• Extensive background in cost control and cost management — VO evaluations, negotiations, and approvals
• Experienced in managing cost claims for EOT (Extension of Time), prolongation, disruption, and additional costs
• Strong contract administration skills in line with FIDIC or equivalent contract frameworks
• Immediate joiners with a valid QID only will be considered.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (BS QS) or Civil Engineering
• MRICS or equivalent professional membership preferred
