About the role:
This is a great opportunity to join a respected commercial plastering company with a solid pipeline of work across large-scale projects. The business continues to grow and diversify, and is seeking a capable Contracts Administrator who enjoys managing the financial and contractual side of multiple projects and wants to grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts across multiple commercial construction projects
- Prepare and administer variations, progress claims, RFIs and project documentation
- Review, negotiate and administer subcontractor agreements
- Monitor budgets, cashflow and provide accurate cost reporting
- Oversee procurement, purchase orders and supplier engagement
- Liaise with builders, consultants, suppliers and internal site teams
