Job Description
Reporting to the Director Continuous Improvement, you will support Focused Improvement efforts across our manufacturing network by identifying losses, guiding problem solving, and enabling collaboration that drives optimization across multiple facilities.

+ Lead and support Focused Improvement projects aligned with network and corporate goals.
+ Analyze multi‑site data to identify trends, chronic losses, and improvement opportunities.
+ Partner with plant teams to standardize processes, share best practices, and support knowledge transfer.
+ Contribute to cross‑site initiatives focused on line performance, throughput, and labor utilization.
+ Use methodologies such as DMAIC, Statistical Process Control, and Design of Experiments to support improvements.
+ Coach teams in Value Stream Mapping, Loss Trees, root cause analysis, and Unified Problem Solving.
