Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Content Designer / UX Writer to establish the content foundation for a new, scalable design system for a multi-platform product.
This role focuses on building reusable, modular content frameworks that work across brands, languages, and journeys.
The impact you'll make:
- Define content principles, patterns, and guidelines for a net-new design system
- Create scalable content structures that support modular components and reusable flows
- Develop frameworks for localization, accessibility, and inclusive language
- Shape voice and tone principles that can flex across brands with distributed ownership
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Research, and Engineering to ensure content is clear, usable, and system-ready
- Contribute to error messaging, system feedback, and transactional flows at scale
