As our Senior Consultant, Workday People Analytics (Reporting), you’ll architect reliable, scalable, Workday reports and dashboards that power strategic decisions across Talent, Learning, Total Rewards, and beyond.

Your craft: transforming complex HR questions into actionable metrics and narratives leaders can trust.

What You’ll Lead And Deliver

  • Be the Workday reporting authority: Design, build, and optimize advanced Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), dashboards, scheduled reports, and Discovery Boards that align to our enterprise reporting strategy.
  • Build calculated fields, prompts, and share datasets.
