**Training Maintenance**
+ Administer classroom, virtual, and web-based courses using COTS, customized, or agency-developed materials.
+ Deliver live instructor-led training in both traditional and virtual environments.
+ Develop course materials, handouts, instructor guides, and visual aids.
+ Support distance learning through online courses, mobile learning, webcasts, podcasts, and video-based training.
+ Manage the agency’s Learning Management System (LMS): upload content, maintain modules, and ensure Section 508 compliance.
+ Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and analytics; recommend improvements.
+ Coordinate logistics for instructor-led and virtual sessions, including scheduling and prerequisite tracking.
