Senior Consultant | Technology Strategy, Transactions & IT Due Diligence
Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Strategy & Transactions practice.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex M&A and investment projects, supporting clients in assessing technology environments, defining transaction strategies, identifying value creation opportunities, and evaluating IT-related risks that may impact deal outcomes.
Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will help organizations navigate integrations, carve-outs, operating model transformations, and technology-enabled transaction strategies across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Support IT and operational due diligence engagements within M&A and investment transactions.
• Assess technology environments, including systems, applications, infrastructure, governance frameworks and operating models.
