Job Description

Qualifications

  • A recognized undergraduate degree in quantity surveying, construction management, engineering or a similar field from a leading university
  • Postgraduate qualification in construction law (or a related field) desirable but not essential
  • Minimum 7‑10 years of experience with engineering or construction firms, or a construction claim/dispute firm
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills

  • Work effectively as part of multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain professionalism and client‑facing abilities, building trust with clients
  • Apply a strong technical underpinning in project planning
  • Build relationships and exhibit strong interpersonal skills
