Senior Consultant - Financial Accounting Advisory Services- ICFR

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior, you will help finance leaders address the challenges and ongoing changes facing their business and manage the resulting repercussions on the accounting and finance function. You will partner with them to achieve potential in acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, GAAP conversions, optimization/restructuring, accounting standards policy implementation and convergence. You will also work with your clients to remediate pre‑existing material weaknesses or significant deficiencies in their control framework and assist with the design and implementation of internal controls over financial reporting. Finally, you will create innovative commercial insights for clients, and drive improvements in business processes.
