Senior Construction Project Manager

As B&M continues to invest in and enhance its nationwide store estate, we are delivering an extensive programme of store refits, refurbishments and strategic projects as a key part of our growth strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced business where you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming and improving retail environments across the UK.

Reporting to the Head of Real Estate and Development, the Senior Construction Project Manager will lead the delivery of multiple refurbishment, refit and construction projects across our store portfolio. Operating at both project and programme level, you’ll ensure schemes are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget, while supporting the ongoing evolution and optimisation of our store estate.
