Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to represent the Owner across large-scale commercial and industrial development projects in Ontario. From initial due diligence through design, permitting, construction, and close-out, you will be the driving force ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
This is a senior, owner-side role. You will manage consultants, contractors, municipalities, and utility providers while always acting in the Owner's best interests.
What You'll Do
Represent the Owner across all phases of project delivery, from due diligence to occupancy and close-out
Lead project budgets, schedules, cash flows, risk registers, and overall financial performance
Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and specialty advisors throughout design and construction
