Senior Construction Project Architect

Job Requirements.
Must have at least eight (8) to ten (10) years of relevant work experience, including at least three (3) years in a senior-level role.
Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Must be a Licensed Architect
Must have experience in a construction set-up.
Knowledgeable in Construction Software, such as ProCore
With experience handling high-rise residential buildings, hotels, Commercial, and BPO projects
Experience in preparing reports, monitoring, and presentations.
Experience in Schedule Management.
The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills.
Must be willing to work in Pasay City
