Were seeking a talented Estimator to join our client a prestigious property developer/contractor delivering exceptional, bespoke homes across London. About the Role: As the Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering for ultra-luxury residential developments with values typically between £10m and £50m in value. Working closely with clients and subcontractors, youll be responsible for delivering accurate cost plans, budgeting and value engineering across a prestigious and dynamic portfolio of HNWIs projects.
