Senior Construction Estimator

Role Overview

Reporting to the President, the Senior Construction Estimator is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the full bidding and tendering lifecycle for municipal infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on road construction, asphalt paving, and concrete works .

You will lead estimates from initial opportunity review through to submission, while supporting the execution of awarded projects. This role requires a hands‑on understanding of roadbuilding operations, production rates, and cost drivers across asphalt and concrete scopes.
