What you will be doing?

  • Examine the operational risk that the business confronts with regard to compliance.

  • Ascertain, compile, and monitor all applicable laws and guidelines pertaining to the Company.

  • Arrange for external organizations and regulatory bodies to be consulted on matters pertaining to compliance.

  • function as the RC (Responsible du Control) and compliance officer for the AIFM and AIFs.

  • A background of 3-5 years in a regulatory Compliance position within Luxembourg.
  • English Fluent
