What are you going to do?

  • Analyze the operational risk related to compliance that the company faces.
  • Determine, gather, and keep track of all relevant laws and regulations that affect the Company.
  • Make arrangements for outside groups and authorities to be consulted regarding compliance-related issues.
  • Serve as the AIFM and AIFs' RC (Responsible du Control) and compliance officer.

  • A background of 3-5 years in a Compliance Officer position within Luxembourg.
  • English Fluent
