Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure full compliance with IRDAI Act, regulations, circulars, and guidelines
- Handle IRDAI filings, returns, approvals, and inspections
- Manage board, committee, and shareholder compliances specific to insurance entities
- Liaise with IRDAI, regulators, auditors, and consultants
- Track regulatory changes and implement them proactively
- Support governance, policy drafting, and regulatory reporting
Mandatory Requirements:
- Qualified Company Secretary
- Hands-on insurance law compliance experience (insurer / intermediary / TPA)
- Strong working knowledge of IRDAI regulations
- Proven experience in regulatory interactions
- Industry : General Insurance only
