Job Description

Job Responsibilities :


  • Ensure full compliance with IRDAI Act, regulations, circulars, and guidelines
  • Handle IRDAI filings, returns, approvals, and inspections
  • Manage board, committee, and shareholder compliances specific to insurance entities
  • Liaise with IRDAI, regulators, auditors, and consultants
  • Track regulatory changes and implement them proactively
  • Support governance, policy drafting, and regulatory reporting


Mandatory Requirements:

  • Qualified Company Secretary
  • Hands-on insurance law compliance experience (insurer / intermediary / TPA)
  • Strong working knowledge of IRDAI regulations
  • Proven experience in regulatory interactions
  • Industry : General Insurance only
