Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and review quarterly and annual fund financial statements, footnotes, supplemental financial reporting, including Annex IV filings under AIFMD and CSSF standards

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and data inputs used for regulatory and investor reporting

  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and reconciliation of data required for Annex IV reporting

  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with internal and external audits to ensure adherence to industry standards

  • Manage relationships with investors by addressing inquiries and providing updates on fund performance, operations, and regulatory reporting, as applicable.
