Transform compensation strategies at Restaurant Brands International as a Senior Analyst. Focus on compensation analysis and partner with stakeholders across brands.
As a key player in the Compensation Team, you will support RBI’s global compensation program design and execution. This high-visibility role requires collaboration with various departments to motivate and reward employees effectively. Understand the unique values of TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS® while contributing to a fair compensation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive market pricing and benchmarking
• Analyze pay structures for risk assessment and remediation
• Create clear compensation materials for HR and leaders
• Improve compensation models and reporting tools
• Collaborate on pay transparency and compliance initiatives
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Analytics or Compensation
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills required
