Senior Compensation Analyst Job Description

The Compensation team manages core compensation programs and acts as trusted consultants to our People Experience (PE) partners and business leaders at EA. Through conferences, research, and ongoing development opportunities, we stay at the forefront of market trends. We marry our knowledge of market practice with the needs of our business to create compelling compensation programs that attract, engage, reward, and retain EA's talent. You will work a hybrid schedule, with 3 days a week in our Vancouver office.
