Our client, a respected and established organization in Calgary, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst for an exciting 18-month contract opportunity. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with Finance, HR, and business leaders to deliver insights that support strategic workforce initiatives and effective labor cost management.
