• Lead the development and administration of comprehensive compensation strategies, policies, and frameworks to align with business objectives.
• Conduct advanced job evaluations and salary benchmarking to establish competitive pay structures.
• Analyze compensation trends, perform market analysis and provide strategic recommendations for salary adjustments and incentive programs.
