Insight Global is seeking a Compass Rose Implementation Consultant for an enterprise‑level academic health system in Maryland. This individual will serve as a senior Compass Rose subject matter expert supporting a large-scale care management implementation across MTM, APCM, TCM, CCM, and Care Management programs. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Compass Rose implementation experience, strong A&A Loader expertise, and the ability to provide strategic guidance while mentoring a team with limited Compass Rose experience. This consultant will play a critical role in accelerating project delivery, minimizing risk, and partnering closely with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation through go-live and stabilization.
