Job Purpose
The Senior Internal Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an internal communications and engagement plan aligned with organization CIB's Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and Customer Value Proposition (CVP) commitments. This role involves writing and distributing communications around deals concluded by organization CIB, managing internal communications from the Managing Executive (ME) of organization's CIB, and leading major internal events. The candidate will also support HR, Marketing, and other departments in delivering key messages, campaigns, and initiatives.
