We have an exciting long-term contract opportunity for a Communications Coordinator with a leading state agency here in Austin. This role is a hybrid communications, marketing, and project support position focused on developing, managing, and executing internal and external communications strategies while supporting project delivery and organizational change initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Develop, produce, distribute, and manage project-related communications for internal and external stakeholders

• Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support project teams

• Support organizational change management initiatives through strategic communications and stakeholder engagement

• Draft and distribute notifications related to deployments, releases, and hotfixes
