Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

The Legal Department seeks an experienced commercial transactional attorney to join its expanding team in this newly created role.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop understanding and assist the business team leaders in drafting, negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, legal documents typical of large global industrial distributors including sales agreements, supply agreements.
- Assist the business team leaders in supporting clients globally negotiating price deliverables services products scope warranty other terms.
- Provide rapid practical advice directly to clients on contract interpretation dispute resolution liability risks regulatory compliance matters;- Play key role developing continuous improvement policies procedures forms standard template language;
