Job Description

We are representing a well-established, multi-disciplinary property practice working across both residential and commercial sectors, who are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity involving a wide range of complex commercial valuation instructions to agreed financial and Operational targets. This will involve work across industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use.

Working hours:

  • Full Time
  • Remote / WFH role

    • The successful Senior Commercial Surveyor will be offered:

  • Basic salary £65,000 - £70,000 
  • OTE £96,000 - £108,000
  • 12.5% Commission on personal net billings
